We will begin a new sermon series through the book of Jude this coming Lord’s Day. Jude is just one chapter long, so we’ll probably only be spending four or five weeks in this book. Verses 1-4 will be the sermon text for this Sunday.
1. Who is the human author of this book? What is his relationship to Jesus?
2. Who is the book of Jude written to?
3. What is the main topic of the book of Jude?
4. List at least five characteristics of the “certain people” that Jude is warning about in verse 4. What do each of these characteristics indicate about the people Jude has in mind? Do these type of people still exist in today’s churches?
