1. When the Israelites ask God how to return to Him (v. 7), God responds with the question, “Will man rob God?” How is this response from God a relevant answer to the question posed by the Israelites in verse 7? In other words, what does robbing God have to do with returning to God?
2. Do present-day Christians have a moral obligation to tithe to the church? How do you support your answer from the Bible?
3. According to God, how is withholding the tithe equivalent to robbery?
4. How does God respond to those who are faithful with the tithe? How does God respond to those who are not faithful with the tithe?
5. According to this text, what form do the blessings of God take? Is it safe to say that God will bring financial blessings to the person who tithes?
